About the event
We have teamed up with Anna of Fermented Homestead! Join us Friday Augus 23rd in Rogersville at the Finley Collective (319 S. Main St) from 6p - 8pm. You will get a hands-on workshop experience for making fermented green beans and sauerkraut! You will get to take home 1 qt. jar of your finished product, which will include the special lid and a glass weight so you can continue to make healthy fermented foods at home on your own, using your new skills! The cost is $40 per person. You DO need to bring a cutting board, a chopping knife and a mixing bowl. This is a pre-paid class with limited spots for attendance!
